GSX1000SZ Katana

This Katana 1000 was bought for me by my wife in 1993 as "a bike I would keep forever", if I hadn't said something at the time it would have been a 500LC and none of this would have happened.  Starting with a budget of just £400 ($600) the bike has been under development  to the point at which you see it here.  It has eventually cost the veritable arm and a leg, doesn't go as fast or handle as well as modern bikes but it is massively better than standard, I love it, I love what it stands for and I especially love the attention it attracts.
