At approximately 11:11am on the 11th of August 1999 the first eclipse to hit England in over 70 years touched down on the South Western tip of Cornwall.  Within seconds the shadow had crossed to our location at the Corisande Manor Hotel, near Newquay in North Cornwall.

Through the ensuing panic we managed to clear a reel and a half of Kodak's best.  Here you can see the results of a day long planned.

If you were at Corisande for the Eclipse please e-mail us for access to the high resolution images.  Unfortunately, even these high resolution images can't match the beauty of the original slides.  We have around 50 slides some more of which will appear as time allows.
